Fouad Touckly - Chief Executive Officer
Fouad is the CEO of Al Seer Group for both its UAE & Oman Operations. His association with the Group dates back to 1983 when he joined Spinneys Dubai LLC as a Business Development Executive.
Fouad is a graduate in Economics and Political Science from Canada.
