The Pavilion Food Factory is located in a fully HACCP and Codex Alimentarius CAC/RCP 1 – 1969, Rev. 3 certified state of art 17, 000 sq.ft facility, maintaining GMP standards, manufacturing fresh, frozen & chilled foodstuff for hotels, large supermarket chains, premium international restaurant groups and institutional catering under the strictest quality and hygiene guidelines. quality food outlets are backed up with centrally produced and standardized, base sauces, starters, gravies, precut meats , vegetables and salads from this facility.

The concept of kapi gourmet was launched in 2006 to provide a lively and affordable Kiosk Café concept to multicultural corporate setups. A friendly casual and speedy across the counter service high light our service ethos. We are partnered with reputed large corporate offices and establishments to bring this concept to service their staff catering requirement across Dubai, whereby providing their employees hygienic, easy, convenient snacks & fresh meals on location throughout a working day, without the need to leave office premises, thereby maximizing employee productivity at work place.
