Incorporated in 1992 as a single restaurant operation, rapidly expanding into a multi outlet F&B business. The need to support food and beverage businesses and demand for retail convenience food established in 2002, the Pavilion Food factory, Dubai is a fully HACCP and codex Alementarius CAC/rcp-1969, Rev.3 certified state of the art 17,000 sqft facility, maintaining GMP standards.
We manufacture fresh, frozen & chilled foodstuff for hotels, large supermarket chains, premium international restaurant groups, airlines and institutional catering, under the strictest quality and hygiene guidelines.
Besides a professional team of Chefs and Production Assistants, we also support our customers with dedicated teams of in house Preventive Maintenance Microbiology & Food Safety Compliance.
