Albwardy Investment is the holding company founded in 1976 by UAE national, Ali Saeed Juma Albwardy, to oversee the varying interests held whether under sole ownership, joint ventures or with equity stakes of varying sizes.

With a current annual turnover exceeding one billion dirhams, the individual companies within The Group are completely autonomous units with their own dedicated management team whilst their Board at all times contains at least one of the Company Directors with Mr. Albwardy always being in the Chair himself.

This structure enables the company to operate with an extremely small but efficient head office containing mainly the internal audit team and management accountants together with The Chairman and the Directors.
