BITEC is committed to fully satisfying its customers needs and continual improvement to ensure repeat business. The main office of BITEC is located within AI Jadaf Ship docking Yard in Dubai where we have two warehouses, workshop and also a showroom.

Also, we have a Branch office in Abu Dhabi, located in Mussafah Industrial Area where we have our showroom and warehouse/workshop for the after sales servicing/repair of the equipment. The added advantage being BITEC Service Engineer can carryout repairs at the clients premises / site.

BITEC enjoys the full support from their principals where a number of our technical staff have received formal training, this is also backed-up by regular visits to the U.A.E. by the respective principals.
